DIRECTIONS:

1. 1/4 Cup Egg Whites

2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

3. ¼ Cup Chocolate Cake Mix

4. Mix and microwave for 90 seconds

5. 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut

6. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe), Coconut, and Lily’s Chocolate Chips
